My work is site or situationally responsive and often involves disruptions and guerrilla interventions. I am interested in shifting the paradigm of how we interact with art and the world around us, and my work interrogates power structures within our social contexts, in a provocative yet humorous manner. Challenging the acceptance of generalised truths (or myths) of value and power, and how they permeate throughout our relationships, I feel it is imperative to poke the bear with intent to disrupt the normative, stimulating dialogue within ourselves, and among ourselves and others.
